Includes:

 

-2 Prenatal Visits (more as needed)

-A written list of support needs as well as a written birth map

-1 Meeting with your OB/GYN, midwife, or care provider (optional)

-Unlimited support via email, phone, and texting from prenatal through postpartum

-1 to 2 postpartum visits

-Support as needed and referral services

-24 hour on-call availability during your due date range (4 weeks)

-Continuous birth support once labor starts

-Back-up doula services available

 

Virtual Birth Doula Package- $200*

 

Includes:

 

-2 Prenatal Visits, via Skype or phone call (more as needed)

-A written list of support needs and birth map, worked out and sent to you via email.

-Resources sent by mail, email or text links

-Unlimited support via email, phone, and texting from prenatal through postpartum

-24 hour on-call availability during your due date range (4 weeks)

-Continuous birth support once labor starts, either by texting or Skype

-1 to 2 postpartum visits, via Skype

-Support as needed and referral services

 

Postpartum Doula Package- $600+*

 

Congratulations on the birth of your little one! The postpartum period can be so exhilarating and terrifying, especially for first time parents. As a postpartum doula, my job is to ease the stress, educate, and help navigate this joyful and precious time.

 

Includes (for 4 weeks, schedule is the same as First Week Home Package, only for 4 weeks):

 

-Breastfeeding assistance

-Understanding Baby Cues

-Diapering and baby care

-light housekeeping (washing/folding laundry, dishes, light vacuuming)

-Resources and referrals

-Support for the family

-Care for the baby while parents perform self-care (taking a nap, showering, spending time with siblings or having some alone time)

-Caring for delivering parent as they recover

-Hands on education for parents and siblings (diapering, bathing, sleeping patterns, care for parents)

-Helping parents process and talk through their birth story

 

 

First Week Home Postpartum Package- $150*

 

10 Hours Split as parents prefer

Examples (and not limited to):

Three 3-hour visits + 1 hour home evaluation

Two 4-hour shifts + 2 hour end-of-week check

 

Note: The family is welcome to purchase additional hours/days for $15 per hour based on their needs and my availablity.

 

 

 

 

 

*50% of the total fee is due at time of hire with balance due by 37 weeks of pregnancy. Discounts can be applied if reserving both birth and postpartum services at the same time. Down payment is non-refundable and used to secure the dates on my schedule. A credit card can be kept on file with Leanai Birth and Postpartum Services for your convenience.
